Didn’t love your SHEHE look? No worries. You can return or exchange your SHEHE purchase within 7 days of delivery.
We want you to feel confident and happy with every order you receive.
Easy Returns
For Prepaid Orders: Any approved return or exchange amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method, such as your bank account, debit card, credit card, or wallet.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID after successful return verification. Please note that the ₹100 COD handling charge is non-refundable.
Combo Offer, Cart Offer & Refund Policy
For orders purchased under combo offers, bundle discounts, cart offers, or promotional campaigns (such as Buy 2, Buy 3, cart-value discounts, etc.), the offer pricing remains valid only if all conditions of the offer are fulfilled and retained.
If one or more products from such orders are returned, making the order ineligible for the original offer:
- The promotional discount will be removed from the order.
- The retained products will be recalculated at their original website selling price.
- The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly after revising the order value.
This policy applies to all promotional offers and bundle discounts available on the website.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or another product? Exchanges are simple.
- If the exchanged product is of higher value, you can pay the difference.
- If the exchanged product is of lower value, the remaining amount may be issued as store credit or gift card.
Return / Exchange Procedure
You can return or exchange your SHEHE products within 7 days of delivery in a few simple steps:
- Visit the SHEHE website.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the “Return / Exchange” section.
- Enter your registered email address or phone number.
- Select the order you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose the reason and proceed.
- Confirm your pickup and shipping details.
Once submitted, our team will handle the rest for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Important Notes
- Exchange services are currently available only within India.
- Photos of the product may be requested for approval of returns or exchanges.
- For missing or incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Damaged Products
Received a damaged or defective product? Don’t worry.
Simply contact us on WhatsApp with clear photos or an unboxing video of the issue, and our team will assist you with a replacement as quickly as possible.
No Return Policy (Applicable with “NO RETURN” Coupon)
Products purchased using the “NO RETURN” coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Conditions for “NO RETURN” Orders
- Only size exchange is allowed.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, no refund or return will be processed.
- Customers may exchange for a higher-value product by paying the difference.
- Exchange to a lower-value product is not permitted.
Additional Conditions
- No refunds, cancellations, or store credits are available for “NO RETURN” orders.
- Exchange requests must be raised within the applicable exchange window.
- Returned products must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.
