Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free across India on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 cash handling fee is applicable. This amount is non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

Order Delivery Time

We process orders quickly because we manage our own production and inventory.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: Delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

You can use the provided tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

Reverse Pickup

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, we may request you to self-ship the product to our return address.

In such cases, courier charges will be reimbursed after submission of a valid courier receipt.
